Save the Trails
The Votes Are In.
10 More Trails Preserved!
Check out the 2009 Save the Trails™ winners

This year more than 70 trails were submitted to the Save the Trails™ program. From the list of nominations 20 were selected as finalists. Then through an online vote and your participation, 10 were named winners for 2009!

Each trail will receive $5,000 for restoration. With these necessary improvements they will be able to stay on the map for years to come.

Nature Valley developed the Save the Trails™ program in 2005 in an effort to bring awareness and action to restoring trails across America. In partnership with the Student Conservation Association and American Hiking Society, Nature Valley is helping to repair hiking trails danaged from neglect, severe storms, and erosion.
